Mission :
We are looking for developers to join one of these delivery teams within the community. The ideal candidate would be:
Extremely competent at coding in C# and designing efficient and optimized algorithms
Capable of understanding and maintaining multithreaded and asynchronous code
Thorough and diligent in testing code before submitting it for review
Able to work independently yet not be afraid to ask his/her peers for help
Have clear communication in English
Able to criticize constructively and respectfully the work of others and also invite the same of their own work
Helpful and willing to mentor peers with less experience
Willing to work outside of his/her comfort zone to get the job done
The tech stack is mostly: C# (7.0, .NET Framework 4.7.2 currently), SQL Server, Protobuf, WCF, Winforms. Visual Studio 2019 and GIT source control are also used.
